You can set Alias accounts for specific departments like sales@company.com. The mails addressed to these can be configured to be delivered to multiple executives in this department. Later if a person is transferred to another department, you can simply delete him from membership of this account and add him to the new department. No need to inform the world to send mail to a new id.

Network mail filter to block spam mails
A big problem for most email account is the garbage mails. The network can efficiently block these mails. You can keep adding more network addresses to block more spam.
