messaging system. The product allows the user to create a PC server
and provides features that integrate telecommunications, office
tools and security monitoring applications. Features includes: E-Mail
server, a private and secure system, Unified Messaging, the management
of E-mail, Voicemail and fax from a single mailbox including storage,
retrieval, redirection, reply, or forwarding of any message, and
premise monitoring to notify the user of possible intrusion.
The e-mail server allows users to
set up their personal computer as a server and send and receive
messages without any limitation of size. It also provides better
security because the server is private and totally contained. The
built-in network e-mail filter can effectively block junk e-mail.
The Unified Messaging System allows
users to access messages from anywhere using any phone, fax or internet
ready device. Users can print e-mails from any fax machine in addition
to listening to emails via a text-to-speech utility. MyOneLink
allows callers to leave urgent messages which are then forwarded
to the designated phone or device the user has predetermined.

messages allows users to easily communicate within their own network.
MyOneLink can access MS Outlook distribution lists; Therefore,
users don't need to import extra name lists or create new ones.
In addition, MyOneLink can import contact lists from MS Windows
Address Book.
Motion detection feature allows the
user to utilize a web camera to monitor his office, home or any
important area. Once a motion is detected, a picture will be taken
and sent to the user's preconfigured email addresses. It can also
call three preconfigured telephone numbers to alert the user to
a possible intrusion. The user can also check the pictures via the
web or through his cell phone (requires picture viewing capability).
MyOneLink basic version is
available on an annual subscription basis for $49. The annual subscription
for the Professional Plus version is $149. Both
