JOB TITLE: SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
JXJ Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to
drive the sales of
telecommunication software via various channels. The
Executive will reports directly to V.P. of Marketing and Sales or
President. This Executive must have a proven track record in large
volume
software sales. This position is
responsible for providing strategic and operational direction to the
company's sales. Position is also responsible for hiring, managing,
directing, and guiding a sales team to achieve sales and profit
goals. Establish and direct business strategy, hands-on sales and
business development, competitive analysis and an understanding of
the software development process.
This Executive will develop a successful sales strategy, create
weekly action plans and will influence top-level managers through
effective presentation, negotiation and account management skills.
Requirements:

At least
5
years of
successful sales experience with proven track record.

Experience selling complex
software solutions
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills
-
History of achieving sales
targets (quotas)

Proven ability to negotiate and close enterprise
level software license agreements

Computer experience is necessary.
Education:
BA or higher in Business, Marketing or related field
Preferences:
At least
two years telecommunication/unified message
software sales
experience; Experience selling complex software solutions;
Experience selling business intelligence software;
History of achieving sales targets (quotas).
